imageplus has very strict manufacturing standards and every garment is inspected prior to shipment. All products are guaranteed to be free of defects caused by materials or workmanship upon receipt. We will inspect the garment upon return to determine the cause of the defect. Full credit or an exchange will be issued if the defect was caused by material or workmanship. Credit will not be issued for garments that have been washed, worn for extended period of time, damaged, abused, misused or soiled.

Upon receipt of any garment that has been worn or washed, imageplus will conduct a thorough inspection to evaluate the cause of the problem/defect. If the problem is determined to be a defect caused by the materials or manufacturing, imageplus will repair or replace the garment free of charge. The decision to repair or replace the garment will be based on the size of the defect. If the defect is determined to be caused by extensive wear or abuse, the garment may be replaced for the standard price.

Fabrics and trims contain variations in the natural fibers and colors. Slight variances or perceived imperfections in the natural fibers are not considered defects, nor do they reflect the quality of the garment. Computer representations of color are as accurate as possible and can vary depending on many factors, including lighting conditions and monitor resolution.

Defective standard merchandise can be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. At the sole discretion of imageplus, the customer may receive: credit, a replacement, exchange, or repair. No returns will be accepted after 10 days.
